“You have been captured by insurgents whilst investigating allegations of chemical weapon stocks within the eastern territories during the cold war. A double agent has left you clues that could lead to your escape….”

The host was very welcoming, upbeat and friendly. She went through the necessary briefing with us and took us to our room.

Room Set Up

The room decor was very sparse, the lighting was dim but this was all in key with the cold war theme. The maximum team size is 8 which would fit in this room with ease at the start, this will become a little snug towards the end.

Game Play

Puzzles in this game were mainly cryptic, pattern guessing and the ye old’ faithful jigsaw! We struggled with one part of the game and had to ask for assistance, the host had to enter our room but had issues helping us as well, this didn’t take away from the enjoy-ability of playing. locks were either coded or key locks.

Clue System

The clue are delivered by telephone situated at the entrance to the game, they are given directly from the host, this personally is our preffered method.
